ABA Therapists - (ongoing openings): These positions are to provide one-to-one instructional and behavioral support to children in school and home-based programs. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree and a desire to help young children with special needs learn. Specific work experience with children with autism and discrete trial instruction preferred.
Registered Nurse Supervisor: Seeking RN supervisor to provide overall management of Nursing Services to developmentally disabled individuals in private residential facilities. Position includes acting as liaison with other health care providers, arranging for and administering medications, assuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations. The position requires a self-starter, who can work a flexible schedule and function as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Preferred candidate will have experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Individual must be flexible and capable of working as part of a team. Excellent salary and benefits. Assistant Group Home Manager (Scrub Oak):
Seeking an Assistant Group home Manager for a 24 hour ICF facility located in the North Haven area. This position involves both supervisory and direct care components. Qualified candidates must be self-starters, flexible, energetic and well-organized. They must also possess excellent communication skills. Flexible schedules, primarily second shift, with on-call responsibilities a valid driver's license, criminal background check and drug screen, are required for employment with IPPI.
Group Home Staff & Foster Parents (PPP):
Seeking bright, motivated foster parents & support staff for a new program serving LGBTQ youth in the New Haven area. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree and a desire to work within the LGBTQ community. Specific work experience with children & adolescents preferred, but extensive training and supervision provided to all staff & parents. Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Experience working directly with children in group or foster home settings. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
