We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Formulate effective marketing strategics to target new audience and engage existing audience to deepen loyalty.
2. Plan and deliver tactical marketing and promo calendar, including visual material and messaging.
3. Close working relationship with the revenue management team to find new promotional messages and mechanics on a weekly basis.
4. Co-ordinate promotional calendar ideas and plans with the PR team to ensure coverage is gained in the local and international press as required.
5. Strategise, monitor and leverage on social media and new channels to promote the Tiger brand and drive conversion.
6. Develop, support and maintain partnerships with tourism authorities, business partners and local agencies.
7. Work closely with the marketing assistant on sponsorship and business partner execution. This includes targeted consumer promotions, last minute inventory sales and special offers.
8. Weekly, monthly reporting and analysis as and when guided by the Marketing Manager.
9. Responsible for all airport branding in Singapore and across the South East Asian route network.

Specifications :

1. Degree calibre candidate.
2. Team player with marketing background, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
3. 2 years previous job experience preferred although fresh graduates can also be considered
4. Proficient in PC applications.
5. Ability to work independently, and adopt a well organised, logical approach to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment.
6. A self starter and operate effectively in a fluid, flexible, dynamic and changing environment.
7. Ability and maturity to take decisions and make recommendations on marketing and branding.
